Do you shoot destination weddings?
For a fee, we'd love to travel the world with you! Just give us a date, time and location and we'll be there.
Will there be a second shooter?
It all depends on what services you book us for. If you book us for both photo and video, there will be a total of 4 very professionally dressed people ready to make your day as memorable as possible. For each service independently there will be 1-2 of us on your day.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
We are very flexible when it comes to staying over the agreed upon time if that is what you want. There will be a fee for doing something like this, but will be disclosed in that conversation.
What kind of gear do you use?
We take pride in the gear we use and how we look when we arrive. Our gear ranges for the best of the best when it comes to the cameras and audio equipment we have. We keep up with the latest technology and provide you with the best quality product in the area.
Do I have to order prints through you?
All your photos will be provided on a digital link for you to download personally. You can purchase a digital download and print release for your family and guests to be able to access and enjoy unlimited downloads for everyone. We provide amazing printing services - Purchasing this release would allow you to print anywhere you would like.
How do I get my wedding video?
Once your wedding video is complete, you'll receive a a custom online gallery link that can be shared with friends and family. You will also get a flash drive with a digital copy on it.
How long does it take to get my gallery?
Typically your video and photos do not take longer than 30 business days to finalize. During peak Ohio wedding season, it may take a maximum of 60 business days.
Do you help create a schedule for our wedding day?
We love meeting with the bride and groom a month before your wedding. During this meeting we can go over your schedule, establish our arrival time and departure. In addition, we can go over any other details needed. We encourage you to utilize our wedding planning services or work with a wedding planner. Our wedding planning services are strongly recommended for photo and video contracts IF you do not have a planner booked outside of your venues coordinator.
