What is included?
Month of Coordination
● Final Vendor Coordination: Ensure all vendors (caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) have their timelines and responsibilities confirmed for the wedding day. Check in to confirm final details and schedules.
● Venue Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough of the venue(s) with the couple to finalize layout, seating arrangements, and any last-minute adjustments.
● Timeline Finalization: Review and finalize the wedding day timeline with the couple and all vendors to ensure everyone is clear on when and where they need to be. 2 timelines will be provided, one focused on the vendors and other focused on the bride and groom, bridal party and family.
● Rehearsal Coordination: Coordinate the rehearsal if applicable, ensuring everyone knows their roles and the order of events for the ceremony.
● Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for vendors and guests, handling any last-minute changes or questions.
● Final Payments: Assist the couple in distributing final payments to vendors as needed.
● Review Décor and Setup: Confirm details for décor setup with the couple and vendors, ensuring everything aligns with their vision.
● Final Details Checklist: Provide the couple with a checklist of final details to ensure nothing is overlooked, such as marriage license, vows, etc.
48 Hour Coordination
Be present on the wedding day to oversee setup, manage vendors, handle any unforeseen issues, and ensure everything runs according to plan. Act as the main point of contact for the couple, their families, and guests. (We do not take down after the reception)
● Rehearsal Coordination: Organize and oversee the wedding rehearsal to ensure that all participants understand their roles and the order of events.
● Day-of Coordination: Be present on the wedding day to oversee setup, manage vendors, handle any unforeseen issues, and ensure everything runs according to plan. Act as the main point of contact for the couple, their families, and guests. (We do not take down after the reception)
● Planning Changes: Provide a backup plan for potential disruptions (e.g., weather changes) That are approved by the couple.
